Founder & Senior Consultant
David launched English & Associates in 2003, when he recognized a need on the part of investors from outside Argentina to have an honest and reliable in-country firm looking after their interests on a daily basis, particularly in the case of real estate.
Esteban Tuninetti
Certified Public Accountant
Esteban is in charge of managing all administrative activities related to our client’s projects, including bookkeeping, taxes, and payroll. He performs financial and cost analysis, makes regular reports directly to clients, and interacts with E&A’s tax specialist, Ricardo Dapas, when deeper tax analysis is required.
Josefina Pimenides
Notary Public (Escribano)
Josefina reviews and certifies all paperwork related to the purchase of real estate, including verification of clear title and ownership. In Argentina, notaries are called
Sergio Rinaldi
Agronomist/Viticulturist
Sergio scouts and inspects potential investment properties, collects soil and water samples for analysis, accompanies clients on guided property tours, creates project plans for the development of an investment, and oversees the technical management of agricultural properties such as vineyards.
